Collating CD's and LP's
Posted by: oldie on 27 April 2004
Hi all,
Having read on a different thread your recommendations regarding a collating program for CD's and LP's namely [excuse the pun] Music Collectorit seemed just what I was also looking for, so now I have spent many days working with the prod and stab school of typing and have managed with the help of the scanning wizard to enter all of my Cd's .Now the mammoth task of entering the LP's is about to start one finger typing being the order of the day, or to be correct probably many days to come. Can any of you well versed computer whizzes orusers of the program Music Collector, advise a incompetent and computer illiterate old sod if there is a easy way to do this, also can the cd's and LP's be kept on separate lists,if so how do you go about it? I have already found a new list heading , and unfortunatly when I opened it I lost about 5 days worth of listing CD's witch caused a bit of a fright. thank goodness I had just transfered all of this information onto a CD for safe keeping.
thanks in advance, a confused :- oldie.
