Feargal Sharkey to be Music Czar

I heard of this on the radio a couple of months ago. But what type of music would he represent? Shouldn't there be a board to cover all tastes? I have no idea of how far his tastes range, but would he promote opera? (hope not )

He has been an A&R man for some years now.

My understanding is that he is to promte music as a whole, in schools.

I still think I am very clever to think of the line, though.
