Pins and needles

Posted by: Fisbey on 31 August 2004

Since stopping smoking (5 months now) I get bad pins and needles in my hands, so much so it sometimes keeps me awake at night. I used to get it in my feet too, but seems to have passed. I know I've been doing some pretty hefty work in my graden, But I'm sure my fingers shouldn't be swollen when I wake up.

Should I see a doctor? Confused

Yes.

Even if its just to confirm its caused by ( unusual amounts of? ) manual labour.

OK I'll see the quack, I'm sure it's a combination of ciggie cessation and overdoing it in the garden...

Woody - pins and needles, chest pains, bleeding gums it's great not to mention the craving....

Worth it though Smile
