Beware of the Form 42 filing deadline of 6 July 2004 otherwise penalties will be applied.

After a confusing chat with the IR I have decided that all my clients will sign a form, regardless of whether they need to or not.
The IR seemed very vague about what the criteria were for completion, stating at different points:
- all companies
- all those companies who had changes in shareholding applying to Directors/Employees
- all companies issues with a 42
- those companies incorporated on a day with an S in it.
Not all true, but very confusing.

It seems that the IR have seen sense and extended the filing deadline to September 7th.
