Yes I watch it on TV. MF and PJH becomes friends and that PJH is the first women MF worked with. Nice Cave and PJH produced this new record.
They played some new stuff of MF and is was good!
I ordered the new CD its called "Before the Poison"

Much as I hate criticising artists. But:
Imagine James Hetfield crossed with Neil Young crossed with Jese Fuller crossed with Eric Burdon crossed with Till Lindemann crossed with Elvis Costello crossed with Bob Dylan crossed with Van Morrison crossed with Lou Reed crossed with Tom Waits crossed with Joe Cocker. Give them a sex change, leather boots and a massive injection of nocotine and whiskey. Then force them to cross the desert without water before the studio session and you'd have the golden-voiced angel from my youth (40 years on).
Do you think I was too harsh?

Nime,
If I knew nothing about MF and read your criticism I would rush out and buy the album, so no, I wouldn't say so.

Now there's someone who knows what they like!
Dodgy business criticising artists. I remember a mag reviewer having a poke at Knopfler's guitar playing. Years ago now. I was crushed! But I put on a Dire Straits record and after a few seconds of listening I still loved his bouncy style.
But I'm wandering off topic.. By all means defend your favorite artists. Whatever anyone else thinks about them. Good taste is (fortunately) not universal.
