Florida calling
This may be old news to all you hepcats, but it's new to me:
From AMG:
The Clash
London Calling: 25th Anniversary Legacy Edition
Sony
The Clash's London Calling — otherwise known as the Greatest Album Ever Made — is given a lavish, triple-disc deluxe treatment this week. While the main album is a reissue of the 1999 remastering, the two other discs boast remarkable previously unearthed archival material. The second disc contains The Vanilla Tapes, the long-rumored, long-thought-lost rehearsal tapes for the album, including five previously unreleased songs. The third disc is a DVD containing all the album's promo clips, a 30-minute making-of documentary and, best of all, home movies of the band recording the album with legendary producer Guy Stevens, who makes his presence felt in series of chair-bashing, ladder-throwing tantrums.
