Seriously though this apartment seems to appear every once in a while, in a magazine, online etc.

And lets be honest, it will appeal to star trek geeks, who won't ever be able to afford it because they work in a supermarket.

Sad really

I know one Trekkie (and it is Trekkies Howard!), and he has one mate who is also a Trekkie. They both work on the checkout at Somerfield. How did you know that!?

I thought it was Treckers. My middle school science teacher (who was one) insisted that people who use the term "treckie" are not true Trek fans.

My wife was throwing out boxes of stuff from her art room and reached in one and pulled out a TNG communicator pin. The pin most certainly did NOT get thrown out!

I think you will find "Trekkies" here.
While you are there - look at Community: fan gallery. Are these people for real? Roll Eyes

The Star Trek house/flat/whatever has been on regional TV programmes a few times - it looks just like the unreal thing. Whatever else one says about it, it's really been done well. I feel a mixture of mild admiration (for the effort) and sadness (for its apparent pointlessness). I hope he gets a good price...

PS re Treckers v Trekkies. Trickers?:

True Trekkies trick tragic pseudo-Trekkies into using the "Trecker" moniker.

[That was meant to be a tongue-twister Confused]
