Some Free advice on how to make Billions of $'s Profit quite easily. There must
be a clever bastard or two amongst you lot out there who could bussle together
an electriónic checking system for cars (eg: Congestion charge in London) to
register those that constantly and illegally beep their horns upsetting whole
neighbourhoods around the world with their incessant stupid selfishness ? and
bill them per post accordingly, or is this too difficult a task for today's
inventors and innovators, t'would also make tens of millions of people very
happy I feel, includin mesen innit.

Can we also include the facilty for RFID tags so that noisy chavs in crap motors, who insist on driving around slowly with totally useless R&B (that's "rubbish and b****xs", NOT rhythm and blues!) get their heads ripped off with garroting wire when detected by your system?
Of course, honking car horns unneccessarily should be a fate punishable by gassing - unless it's a REAL purpose, like a taxi that's been waiting more than 2 minutes for a pre-booked fare
