I'm impressed

Today was a watershed today. Why, because living in Canada very few sites will allow you to buy downloads of a decent quality, that is, higher than mp3. Deutsche Gramophone and Decca solved my login problems and I now feel like a kid in a candy store. My funds are limited, but wow, I picked out a Beverly Sills recording, used Paypal, and voila a Flac recording on my desktop in seconds. A lot of record companies seem to be paranoid about selling music beyond the mp3 level, but sooner or later they are going to have to give in. It's getting harder and harder to find the CD's that I want. As a consumer, I'm really happy that finally I can get some great recordings online and be able to choose from an extensive catalogue. Hallelujah!
