Recent comment from the Archbishop of Canterbury about Muslim Law being applied in Britain are indeed interesting.
Who here feels that something useful may be gained from this way forward, or not, as the case may be?

The other aspect of faith schools is they are so popular with parents choice for their children's education. For example you will find many times a child of a different faith ending up in a particular faith school (a C of E child attending a catholic school). Unless the state schools will dramatically improve the above position will remain.

Indeed, many moderate Muslims send their children to RC schools too. They want their children educated in an environment that promotes moral behaviour, but are fearful that at an Islamic school they might be exposed to elements that would make them very hostile to secular society.
