Administrator - Up loading attachments

What do I need to do to upload attachments
I have the permissions "ticked" in all the forums but the only one that gives me the link to allow uploads is HiFi Corner

You have to use a service such as photobucket or flickr to upload your photos then link to them from here. naim does not support upload to their servers.
