Radioactive Poisoning in Sushi Bars:

When you Chaps voted Teflon in for a second term even though you knew he'd lied over Iraq (avec Alisdair) and to date well over 200 soldiers are dead (many Black Watch to boot amongst their number) and countless injured and totally fucked which one never seems to hear about? did you really believe that just cos you've got a few quids extra on the old QT that everything would turn out cushty in the end, are you folks really that bloody stupid?

Regards,

Fritz Von Seemingly you Is, innit*

Parry! How on earth did Mrs Mick let you wear that tie John, it's Bally awfull, flower power indeed?

I recently saw a movie called "Legend of the Lost" with The Duke and Sophia Loren etc (1957) and was surprised to find it one of the finest filums I've ever watched in fact. As well as quite understanding Peter Seller's devotion to Loren, and never to be honest being a Wayne fan (Old Nazi Git) he did exude humour and grace, thank God he never made US President (He would've you know). Well I'm off to search the Polish streets now for Polonium Chaps, so be good until I return wont you now:

Fritz Von Tatti Bye*

P.S. If Iraq was true, Polonium must be too I suppose Mr Reid, innit?*

I'm sure you commanded a fine salary John, though I doubt your descripion 'work'

Fritz Von It's 'their' by the way as any good black lad will tell you*

It's true though SA Wine does get one pissed, though not as well as Polish vodka with freshly squeezed apple juice and sausage, cabbage & jam.

The 2Q type is a plug in the wall type that has gfci and other devices that degrade the sound. The Trans in a box form(10BQ)has nothing to get in the way of the music. This is why I went with this type. I went to the factory and was impressed by the size and weight of the transformer. There is SO much storage,I could never see running out of juice during any listening session..At 9 to 9:30 on the volume via the 552 my system was drawing 3 amps. The 10BQ is rated for 100 amps and will run at continous 85 amps all day..Not likely to ever get to that point.
If you are intersted, you need to call and ask for the Naim 10BQ price. It is way lower than the retail price you see on the web..
I went to Equitech to pick mine up. Yes, it is 325 pounds and was a 4 hour project to mount.
The results are wonderful.
Go here for more info:
http://www.equitech.com/products/industrial/xfmrs/toroid.html

It does list the 10BQ as 182 pounds.

I wonder if a Dutch fireman could fit one?

Drinking a few Beck's of all things at the moment in bottles (not my most favoursitist beer to be honest) it goes down so bloody fast. My chum's laptop is the order of the day at present here in a Stettin Café/bar (where we'll hopefully soon leave) cos it's orrible as it appens. His other half has just asked me who killed that Russian Jonnie in London?. to which I could only reply the Butler Report did it possibly?, didn't get a response (as you don't).

Regards Chaps,

Fritz Von on to more serious watering holes soon-ish, after some 'home made' Bigos and decent bread, then I can really talk to folk, though unfortunately not report to you lot, ahhh, innit nice*

As an undeucated person not pretending to be something that I'm not and using my real name and backgound on this forum unlike seemingly 90%+ of other members Brrp, as well as pedantically putting up with obvious mistakes (in context) I was rather sad not to be one of the 1500+ guests (as my journalist friends had just pointed oot) at today's Berlin Funeral for Konrad Wolf (ex Boss of DDR's Stasi) Putin was there disguised as a washerwoman from Georgia.

Fritz Von Brrp, Brrrp, and many more Brrrp's, innit.

Dear Fritz,

I am the last person to steer another's spelling in the direction of being correct [given my own ability to type the wrong letters and then not see it for myself], but...!

If its in Poland then your in Szczecin! Sorry about that!

Dear Fritz,

I am a Brit, not pretending to be anything else, posting from little old Worcester, in the that narrow land! England, of course.

That my mother was [more correctly I suppose], still is Norwegian - her mother hailing from Kristiania, now Oslo - left me with two Norwegian names, which I am proud of and they make up my forum by-line as well appear on my birth certificate! It is the closest I can get with a security alias, without completely having a fake one! If I moved to another country I am certain that I would always be a Brit living overseas, but I know that I would learn the language, though I guess I would mangle it as well! that is essential in my view to demonstrate respect for the adopted home.

I hope you are not offended by my response! By the way Norway is simply not on the cards for me! To go there would smack of seeking advantage [always dubious in my view] by counting on familly and connections. I will paddle my own boat when my plans come to fruition, which I am sure you would agree is best!

Have a nice stay in not so sunny [at this time of year] Poland, from Fredrik. [Holiday Smiley]!

Was it radioactive poisoning or did said former spy have a stomach full of condom bags of cocaine? All will be revealed in the fullness of time.

I don't think its cocaine Acad; to me he looked like a seriously ill cancer patient, and besides the Government has issued a plea to anyone who was in the Itsu Sushi restaurant or the Pine bar in the Millennium hotel on the 1st November to contact the NHS direct on 0845 4647.

I know what your saying Acad and I'm sceptical, suspicious, inclined to be doubtful myself. As you say time will tell, hopefully in years to come Winker!

Beano,

Im not suspcicious based on anything ive read its just that I have a source which has rarely if ever been wrong.

BTW you mentioned (local to you) trials for voting machines once upon a time - did anything come of that?

Acad
Posted on: 25 November 2006 by Beano
I remember those trials Acad and yes they're still on going, it gets promotion and publicity on every piece of local council junk that falls on the doormat, the last thing was the electoral register form. Say for instance on the form it asks are the occupants of the house the same as last year, please enter this code into your home computer and save yourself the trouble of posting this form back....then once that codes done…now to be able to vote in the next election electronically, please click here and enter the extra code found on page two...this extra code was completely different to the first one already entered, so I entered the first code for the occupants are the same for research purposes as you do, and then clicked the box and it opened up another window, now to say this page was basic beyond belief would be an understatement, one box for the code and that was it, no name or anything, not even an address bar at the top of the page to see where the site was, nothing, so I closed the page without going any further.

There are even a couple of buses with an advert on them saying register to vote electronically. It makes one wonder if the actual plans are for setting up vote at home via the PC and not bother with voting machines at all!

I’ll be voting via traditional pen and ink for the foreseeable!

Thanks Beano,

Something has to be done about this.

Acad without a paper trail we are lost!

It's a bit Mork & Mindy today Our Fredders, but it's just my kind of weather actually. An ex of mine is from here too so I don't need to do the tourist route again, coming here for me is a lesser number than Parry risking life and limb going to London on the 08:15 John.

Fritz Von The sea is always nice to smell again though ((Ost) East Sea to us & Baltic to you! Pardon), Frank Bruno's saying was 'Where's Arry?' which makes you two silimilar in a way I suppose dunnit John!

N.B. Seemingly Our Adam removed it as one can only talk bull about drinking, but not actually do it, which is surprising going by the amount of advertizing on this forum of late regarding booze, innit*
