But seriously, how far can they stretch this bollocks?

It's a sofistikated London thing garyi so it might not work as well in the provinces.

Matthew,

Knowing full well your disdane for spoilers, I shall say nothing more about the season premiere of 24 other than that in mere minutes you will wish that Kim had been eaten by that mountain lion in season 2.

Joe,

I suspect hinting that Kim gets into danger after doing something indescribably stupid doesn't actually consitute a spoiler.

"My name is Kim and my hobbies are cleavage and peril" as Charilie Booker noted.

Indeed.

I suspect she's about to fall out that window and get kidnapped by Al-Quaeda.

I have to say that Kim as computer whiz is even more improbable than the mountain lion. Although top marks for the chic new hair cut (Note to wardrobe: Kim is now brilliant and clever, please provide business like haircut to make this more obvious).

They sure are churning these series out aren't they...

The really annoying thing is that when that episode aired in the US it was ad-free. And the fact that they put ads not on the Bip, Bip, Bip countdown bits was also annoying.

I'm not a fan of Kin's new hircut either.

Although the above snap of the juicy "Kim" is bordering on pornographic (if you read between the lines) and despite my current religious devotion to the "crank your way to prostate perfection" diet, I STILL can't bring myself to watch this festering blancmange of tortoise poos. Repulsion STILL outweighs attraction. At least the network boffins had the decency to encapsulate in its title the message : "24 never to be repeated hours will be forfeit from the life of every poor soul who gets sucked into this program’s hellish vortex".
