Hutter! Great sound. Beautiful. Easy. And a fraction of Mana or Fraim.

QS Ref.

Has many of the Hutter virtues and is excellent VFM.

Isoblue, best performance/price ratio in the business. Even a Bose radio sounds better on Isoblue.

Voted for metal but really a combination of metal, wood and even coral sand.

Started at a "Tripod" (british I was told). It works, more or less, but has been improved hugely over last few months and many experiments.

The experimental mods worked so well the challenge is now on to build a complete rack.

Once finished, and if I am feeling particularly brave, I shall audition it against a Fraim.

Have to disagree about the Hutter's looks - wifey and me think they look a pile of poo.

Another vote for Hutter!. Cool

Judge for yourself the looks, I have mine in Cherry and it looks gorgeous. It's easy to insatll and you can build outwards or upwards!.. Wink

On top of this it fits the Naim gear like a glove as well as hideing all those cables.

Has anyone done a direct comparison between Hutter and Fraim?

Can the additional cost of a Fraim really be justified? I expect this could only be the case if you have very high-end equipment.
