Hi
Sorry no experience of publisher but one way round it would be have the document open, then to tap the "print screen" key, then open paint or any other graphics program you use (photoshop, mgi, corel etc.).
Then go "edit" then "paste" or press "ctrl" and "v" which is the keyboard shortcut to paste.
This then opens the screen dump in the program you chose and you then save as what ever file type you want. hope this helps
Regards

If you have Acrobat, you can save (print) it as a pdf file, then open it in photoshop and convert it from there to a jpeg.
Long winded, but it is at least a route.

I was gonna suggest both those methods (honest!) but didn't have time to reply this morning.
Just like to add that if you don't have Adobe Acrobat, you can create PDF files for FREE without it. Go to http://www.pdf995.com and download the free programme. It works very well, just set something up as if you are going to print it then send it to pdf995 instead and hey presto, you get a PDF. I use it a lot, great tool.
