Leaving it on>

I like to leave my 72/Hicap/180 switched on for obvious reasons. Recently, the RCB in the consumer unit has kicked in a few times during the day and I wondered if this could harm the equipment in any way, perhaps not by going off, but if power is re-connected before the units have been switched off?
Re: Hilton Manchester, Naim room was unmusical, uninspiring and most casual visitors probably moved on quickly. I couldn't wait to get back home to see if my set up sounded as poor, (panic was setting in!. Fortunately after Leonard Cohen's 10 New Songs and a bit of Resphigi I remembered why I got the gear in the first place.
The power lead swop dem on the CDS was a revelation
but I was disappointed by the fact that both sounds came through the MW block, any comments?

Technically the amps should be switched on last after the pre-amp has had time to settle (avoids nasty pops into your speakers). The pre does however have a time delayed signal interrupt that should protect things even when all comes on simultaneously.

I would get the RCB seen to as it shouldn't be poping off and on for no reason. It is the reason that would concern me more than its effect on the kit.
