The most fascinating and insightful post ever on an internet forum...

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, the eyes, the eyes, not around the eyes, don't look around the eyes, look into my eyes. 'Click', you're under.

In 30 seconds time I will click my fingers and you will believe you have just read the most amazing and insightful post ever on an internet forum. You will think that I have just delivered a point of such amazing depth and clarity, such incredible perceptiveness and profound understanding of life itself that I must be a genius unrivalled in history. You will think I should take over as moderator from Adam with immediate effect and that I should have been voted Mayor of London instead of Boris. You will think that I am now the clear favourite to be both the Democratic and the Republican candidates for the Presidency, even though I'm not American as you think an exception should be made for me. You will also think that you have been so deeply affected by my post that you should send me all your Naim equipment (don't bother if it isn't top of the line reference, though!) and all of your top quality vinyl. You will believe that QPR have just won the Premiership for the 19th time and the Champions League for the 10th time and that Wasps are the only team to have won the Guinness Premiership ever! You will also believe that every other post I make on here from this point on is beyond question and of equal quality to this one.

3,2,1, 'click' and you're back.

Well, as I was saying, that's my view of life, the universe and everything.

What do you think?

Sorry Mark
but for me it was this:-

"the exchange of arguments and counter-arguments respectively advocating propositions (theses) and counter-propositions (antitheses). The outcome of the exercise might not simply be the refutation of one of the relevant points of view, but a synthesis or combination of the opposing assertions, or at least a qualitative transformation in the direction of the dialogue.... dialectic."

Unselfishly shared with me by Naim's new Product Manager (Digital).

Oh b***er! Back to the drawingboard with those hypnosis courses then. Hmmm, maybe I need a video of a swinging pocket watch to carry it off.
