Demo Stock discount

Dear all,
I've been offered a pair of demo stock Allaes by one of my local dealers. S/n indicates they are about 18-20 months old and I assume been used by the dealer for well over a year. Condition is as new to my eye (and ear). What would be a reseanable negotiating percentage to seek off these speakers. Given I'm in Australia and most of you are either in the UK or the States, percentage works better than raw numbers. Any comments would be appreciated.

In my region, 20% off is reasonable and you save of the hassels of burning in. 
For Naim equipment, I will vote for 2nd hand pcs should cost more than new (remember the horrible first few weeks?)
