Touring at a venue near you very soon!!
http://www.aussiefloyd.comDiscovered I'm offshore for the Aberdeen gig (where I saw them for the first time years ago) and my gorgeous other half has gone and bought tickets and flights (£30 return!) for the Dublin show.......I am a lucky man!!!
They've apparently grown in stature since I last saw them......laser show and even some of the original PF inflatable pigs...
Can't wait!!

Thanks a lot for that mate that is fantastic news!! Im such a big fan of Pink Floyd and often 'grieve' that Im not old enough to have been around and see them when they existed!!
Seeing a tribute band has got to be the second best thing so Im definitely going!!
Oh actually, on that note - being an audiophile me - Id love it if the whole Floyd catalogue was released in HDCD. I came across one on ebay but Im dubious.
What do you reckon?

not sure about the whole HDCD thing, and I tend to stay well clear of ebay, but each to their own....
But I can definitely recommend The Aussie Pink Floyd.
The last time I saw them, about 8 years ago, they were fantastic.....like you I don't have the real thing to compare and the delayed 'Pulse' dvd is taking the piss now, but what a show they put on!!
Usual shine-on opener and all 13 minutes of echoes....
From what I've read, the Aussie lot have gotten bigger and better!
Good luck in getting a ticket though as they're going fast - Aberdeen web tickets were already sold out when I looked and Dublin had limited availability....

Alternatively you can see Think Floyd. I actually prefer them to the Ausiie version.
