Goldfrapp accident

I was listening to the Knopfler's Shangri La on 45rpm last night, and then moved on to Goldfrapp's new Head First.
Thing is, I forgot to change the speed of the LP12, so ended up listening to Goldfrapp at the wrong speed.
Bloody hell - these guys are clever. The album at normal speed is quite enjoyable, but I suspect this was intentional - even the lyrics work, and actually have new meaning.
I'm now going to resample my HDX rip, and see if that does the same thing.
Reminds me of playing Led Zepp IV backwards to get the subliminal messages.
