If it's genuine, it's a bargain. If it's a scam, it's expensive.

Have I also read it wrong that ROTF and I joined this forum about the same time but our posts are not as frequent?

Well - it looks to be a bargain on the surface, but I'd tread carefully. If it looks too good to be true then .....
Somebody else is hoping to sell an XPS2 for more than the CDX2/XPS2.

Looks genuine - mail the guy, get the pictures and numbers, check it out with Naim and the supplying dealer, if it's all OK grab it with both hands.

Well I sit working at a computer most of the day and to break it up, I jump on to the forum, which is more interesting than most of the work I'm given to do.

I saw this too. Surely anyone who has bought such kit must know that it is worth more. Ofcourse if you live near Newcastle you could ask to see the kit.

He has a fastmail.fm address. I use fastmail (which is excellent) but it is not a free service like Hotmail or Yahoo. I suppose a scammer might use a subscription email but more likely to prefer the anonymity of a freeware one.
