Berlin Fritz' system - what does he listen to ?

Other than the voices in his head - what do you think he has at home to play his music on ?

Some seek fame and never find it.
Others have fame thrust upon them. Smile

Wander over to the Padded Cell and observe the chap with 4000 posts and a lorry-load of attitude. But no Naim equipment. (Allegedly)

boegelund sounds faintly danish? Welcome aboard the good ship Naim.

Our chance:we open a thread in the padded cell about our "living rooms".(lets call it :how we live).we send pictures of our living rooms that are not only based on views of our hifi systems.we ask fritz for pictures of his living room.........with a little bit luck we get a picture of his room ,where we are able to see
his " hifi system".
Important thing : nobody is allowed to post an ything about "hifi" in that thread,to keep the whole discussion in the padded cell.
O.J.(i know my plan is a liitle bit "columbo like" an not completelyl free of danger)

Guys,

to a certain extent, I can see why you are gently taking the Mick out of BF, but how about a more constructive approach?

We could ask Seanf to open an account on Fritz' behalf and donate a few quid each. With the proceeds, Sean could buy a classic chrome-bumper Naim system for Fritz. Then Fritz would listen to music all day and you'd have achieved your aim of him taking up less space in the Padded Cell.

I don't think any of this will be necessary.
I think Fritz has probably written his own epitaph in his farewell thread. Reading between the lines I think he's been asked politely to seek pastures new.

If Berlin is gone I will surely miss him, he has given me so many good laughs!

If Fritz has been asked to leave politely I want to know who has been doing the asking and why? He wasn't offensive - at least I did not find him so - and he certainly didn't recommend changing safety devices that start with the letter *F* inside people's boxes.

I would certainly think it a great shame if Fritz felt he wasn't welcome here since he has a lot of interesting things to say and a fun way of saying them too.

Cheers,

Jon

Thanks Adam. I was getting a bit worried about the direction in which a part of my little world might have been heading.

So where do I find a Fritz (a word beginning with F*) in my box?

Could those clever chaps with the cameras get f*ing please!

Fritz's system is derived by taking your own system and swapping things around a bit to form something equal parts funny and vaguely disconcerting.

His musical tastes are clearly at the avant garde end of things and you have to listen to the album you just played on your own system before you get to listen to his music.
