I like to think that I can keep an open mind, but cop a look at this lot. This is surely utter lunacy!

But regardless of sound I think I like the look of the rega most.

this lot makes my Linn Axis look very plain.
I wonder if my wife would be allowed to dust one of those monsters.

At least it's one of the few actually playing a record!

It's got to be a Vyger Signature, hasn't it - part time turntable/ part time canning plant. Is it nuclear powered, mayhaps?

One of the things called Blue Note Belvedere has a couple of CD:s under it. Does that mean it plays CD:s? Or are they some kind of tweak for the stand? (I must try this on my Manas!) Or?

I was at the Stereophile show in NY last May and saw/heard the Vyger in the Alon room. Speakers were $100k I believe, and I forget what monstrous amps were going. Anyway, some classical lp was on, and it sounded quite liquid when it started skipping all over the place. The Alon owner/designer said that when the air pump for the arm was on too long, it overheated and started skipping. And the thing is butt ugly too!

I like the first response to that posting: "German products called "Maximum Solution" make me VERY nervous..."
Cheers
