Pressure Washers?

Thinking of getting one for the "usual suspects" - car, patio/paving, brickwork, shed, furniture, windows and UPVC frames etc.
Simply put, are they worth it?
I wouldn't be looking at anything stupid, there seem to be a glut of models from £30 upwards for "no name" ones whilst the Karchers seem to be around £70-80 for something that comes with some basic tools.
