Anyone hear anything about a new "Silver" lingo from Linn?

I believe all this is is that Linn are now producing a silver case option for most of their electronics. No changes to the internals.

I've just bought a new Lingo; even the dealer was surprised that it now comes in the Linn full size case. Funny thing is, this one won't power the 2 LEDS in the power switch. The dealer changed the Lingo, switch, PCB & connecting cable in that order; still no joy. He's gone away to see whether it's an anomaly or Linn have made an unannounced change... will report back soon.

After a grand total of 3 visits now, my dealer tells me Linn have sent out a batch of faulty switches used with the Lingo. Mine now works perfectly. All credit to Audio File at Bishops Stortford for sterling aftersales/customer care...

Audio File got a couple of additional Lingo's when attempting tho track down the problem mine had at the time. All were of the 'full size' variety, although most of the inside is just fresh air!

I would think Linn is in economy mode trying to make a standard generic case suitable for the bulk of their offerings.
