More info on Dave Brubeck Quartet?

Can anyone tell me more about Dave Brubeck Quartet?

I copied a CD off of a mate - and I like it - it's Time Out

was wondering is this indicative of their stuff? or is it very diverse?

what else should I get of theirs etc

thanks

I am a genius indeed.

My best works (although incredibly enough I do not own copies of all my recordings) are 'Time Out' and 'Time Further Out'.

'Time In' and 'The Crossing' don't really come up to scratch in my opinion.

Berlin Fraser seems to like my 'Brandenburg Gate' recordings, for what it is worth.

My good friends Kenny Ball & his Jazzmen also rock.. until Kenny starts singing that is.

Ah yes but he is better than Acker Bilk though worse than George Melly. Kenny and Humph are both better horn players than singers. Of course if you really want vintage british trad jazz Chris Barber is necessary
