A recent posting called 'Forum Pictures' gave me the idea that it might be nice to put a face to the waffle!

So; this is me.

Anyone else care to join in?

I'm glad you posted the third photo! It reassured me that you were a nice normal chap. The other two sent a chill down my spine.

In the "what are you into" thread Blythe teased "Oh and one thing I won't admit to (legal of course)........... If anyone guesses correctly, I'll admit to it....."

I responded "obviously this other thing you won't admit to is dogging". After reviewing pic #2- particularly the tight leather pants, unbuttoned shirt, and studded belt- I stand by this statement 100%.

I had - that's why I look so miserable!

The one in No 3 has just looked back in hindsight...

It was a genuine unposed photo taken by a friend who nicked my camera

blythe,

As for No. 2, _please_ tell us there's some sort of rational explanation! Smile

Taken at Starshots Glamour Studio in Sydney which was owned by a friend of mine. A good giggle though!

Luwid, as I said it's not dogging - well certainly not dressed like that!
How often have you seen fellow doggers in leather pants, unbuttoned silk shirts and a glittery belt? Wink

After failing the audition to join the sweet, this is me a couple of years later (about 1975 I think) when I'd just landed the job with The Sweet Wink

The picture has been saved as a jpeg - which is the best way to keep file sizes small.
However, there is an "advanced" setting when you save as a jpeg which allows you to select the ammount of compression. or "file size".
The larger the file size, the better the picture quality.
It looks to me as though you've selected a "smaller file size" to the extent that the quality is too low.
When you find the "advanced" setting, set it to about 75% of best quality. This will make a pretty small file size but at a quality that is still decent.
Once you've saved the file, which will still be full sized, you can then re-size the image to a suitable size for posting here, which will make the file size smaller still.
You may find it works better to re-size the image first, then re-save as a jpeg at 75% quality (the dialogue box to do this when you click to "save as jpeg" in most programs. Or there might be a setting under "options" or somewhere on the main program)
I hope this helps some :-)

Didn't Blythe #2 (see last page) introduce some 1970s spooky TV series about paranormal phenomena?

Loughborough Burleigh..................
Unless you moved South, maybe you had a similar uniform?
Having just looked at your profile, I doubt very much that it was the same uniform when you were at school, as you're now 104 years old....
