Living and working in London I have more Vinyl available than I can eat, which is nice.

So....

Sister Ray
Sounds Of The Universe
Grahams HiFi
Phonica
HMV Oxford St
Rough Trade East & West
Audiophile record shop on Lambs Conduit St WC1 (forgot the name sorry)

Type any of those into google for some vinyl fetish fun.

I agree with Avole.

Amazon seem to have a fair selection, reasonable prices and delivery is much quicker than say HMV.

Online at:

What Records or Stamford Audio.

There are others but I have not ordered from them myself:

Diverse Vinyl
Audio Affair
System Records.
