New Hifi Rack from Spendor distributors

What do you guys make of this rack?

It's called the HF268 @ $299.

I saw this today at the dealers. It was very light, very rigid. It weighed about 20 pounds, max. There are spikes which isolate each level. The dealer nor I know what it's made out of, but I don't think it's MDF as it's far too light. I tapped it, and it was more "alive" than MDF but didn't ring like glass.

I've never done a rack dem, so I can't say what it sounded like. Just by looking at it though I get a feeling it's far better than my Standesign.

Anyone else have experience with this rack?
