How do I record streaming audio?

There are a number of music documentaries on the BBC radio site I wouldn't mind having a copy of on audio disc. So assuming it is legal and possible can anyone explain how using the 'listen again' streaming audio facilty, how I save it as a file on my computer for subsequent burning to disc? I can't see that Real Player provides this facility. Thanks for any help.
