Anyone tried the XPS2 Super Burndy on a CDX/XPS?

If so, what were the results? Also, how much is the XPS2 Super Burndy in the US?

I used the new xps2 burndy between cds2 and xps so not quite what you are asking, but I found that it added a bit more of the feeling that the music was real or organic. That is one step closer to the real thing. Quieter backrounds too. Not earth shattering but worth it IMO. $500 US, by the way. david

thanks for the reply. i've got a cdx1 and xps. sounds like it makes a difference on a cds2. but i've haven't seen any postings about a cdx and the new burndy. at the price, it may be worth a try.

500 dollars US for the cable! Think about it guys? something is fundamentally wrong here. May be it is the time for me to start thinking how to modifying my NAP250 to add a separate power supply to it (a la NAP300).

saving up for a 252 now, I hope that it comes with the cable (lol).
