282

As part of buying some blaick snaics over the phone today I mentioned that christmas was coming and I may upgrade my 72 to an 82. The nice dealer confirmed the rumour. 82 to stay in production at least short term and new 282 to be introduced at the same price point. Hicap will be reboxed in new style. 250 is redesigned. Complete range to be revealed at the London show.

Because I was thinking about an upgrade including the 250 and the supercap. And I definitely prefer the (old) olive look.

that 78's aren't available anymore.
The word is that the new NAP 200 at around £1,300 (when it appears) is a bit special.

whilst it doesn't seem particularly worthwhile to speculate about the "new range", there do appear to be mixed messages.
my dad is currently thinking about upgrading his tuner (from a NAT-02) and since the 02 and 01 have been discountinued contacted naim HQ to find out what was going on.
he was told by them that a new tuner was being developed, that it would be in a full width case, and that it would be in the current extruded aluminum case, like the existing range.
who know's?
we'll just have to wait and see...
cheers
