Modern technology, eh? A new use.

I woke this morning on the last day of our holiday and thought I'd see what the latest was on my Facebook via my mobile phone. And there it was... a message from the brother of my old gin-buddy in the RAF informing me that Dean died of a heart attack on Friday. Talk about knocked for six. Still, I would never have found out so soon without this techno world, as Dean had lived in Connecticut for a few years. So Dean and Mr Newman died on my wedding anniversary in the same state...

When I get there Dean, don't forget the ice and a slice!
