I will be making the following rule changes:-

Smileys with everything Razz

Large speakers to be discussed at every opportunity Cool

Spelling and grammer to be abolished Eek

Taxation to be lowered (nah they would never belive that one Frown)

Parry to be pope Winker

Fritz to be minister for silly posts Smile

Speed limits to be abolished for small red cars Red Face

500s to be made cheaper (well I can dream Confused)

Polarbear is a username I have used many times now and many people know who I am.
