NAIM Factory Tour

Yesterday my partner and I had the pleasure of a tour around the factory with Steve. What a great day. All the people we met were very helpful and friendly. The care they take in making the kit is reassuring.
Comment has been made on the forum about how much soak testing Naim do prior to dispatch and I can confirm that the kit is soak tested for 24 hours using preset programmes that turn the kit on and off and that test all the functions in an effort to find any faults that may be present. They are very thorough.
Had a good look at a 552 with the lid off. It is very heavy and the way it is constructed goes a long way to justify the high cost.
Had a good play in the listening room with mixed results, but it was educational.
If you can do a visit it is worth the time. My partner even enjoyed it. A great day out.
