Panasonic DMR-EX75EB-S

I am about to dip my feet in the water for a reasonable quality DVD machine, without going the whole hog with AV surround sound etc. Does anybody know anything about this player/recorder? I picked up on it as I already have a TX 26 LXD 500 Panasonic LCD telly so thought they must be compatible. Thanks

OK - doesn't look like anybody has knowledge of this machine. What about HDMI interconnects? I would need one as they are not delivered with player/recorders or TVs. Some look very pricey, so what would be a good level to go for given that I'll use it with a £900 TV linked to a £400 DVD recorder/player and not be going down the serious AV path? Thanks

You could try the QED Qunex HDMI-P, priced at £85, What HI-FI 5 stars or Chord Company Silver Plus HDMI 5 stars, not sure how much money £100 plus probably for a 1 metre length?
There is a review of Panasonics new DMR-EZ25 DVD recorder in this months What HI-FI 4 stars.
