Best upgrade path

Greetings,
My system curently:
CD5
Nait5
Flatcap2
Stageline
NAT05
Rega Planar 25

I would like to upgrade to a 202/200. This will have to be done in phases. I have a chance to get a deal on a second hand 202. Should I go for it, using Nait as amp, or buy a 200 (new full retail) using the Nait as pre-amp? Which would be the best way to go?

Thanks,
Dan

I'd get the 202, since it does fit into the source first principle best. Also, the Nait5 will do fine as a poweramp. I more or less asked the same quistion, but just one step higher, regarding the 250 and 282. I was advised to buy the 282 first and then buying the 250. I guess it goes for the 202/200 as well Smile .

Thanks Boekster, I am leaning that way, the 202 is only 4 months old.
BTW, forgot to mention my speakers: Neat Petite.

After a little research, I have another question. C Confusedan The 202 be powered by a Nait 5 or Flatcap 2 ?

When good nearly new equipment comes on the market, grab it. the 202 should certainly be able to be powered by the FC2. It's just amps 250 and above that require a power supply.
