Cohost server options - for the internet techies...

Hi folks.
After the continued hassle dealing with our current cohost ISP, I am looking at moving my servers to a new facility.
Can anyone give me a rough idea how much is the current going rate for a GOOD cohost rack-mount facility - assume that we'd need either 1U or 3U of UPS-managed rack-space (depending on whether we keep our two current servers or downsize to one, faster and more powerful 1U server). We'd also obviously need an internet connection with multiple redundancy and firewall facilities.
I think we're paying around £20 per unit (we currently use 6 units but have plans to either downsize to 1x2u+1x1u servers or a single 1u) which costs us £120 per month plus the internet connection (which is an array of redundant T1 connections, tier 2 backbone provider) which runs to perhaps another £125 per month.
Our budget is limited and £250ish per month seems steep.
We'd prefer something fairly local to Edinburgh (but not our current, Leith-based ISP who are expensive and not worth the bother), or somewhere in the central Scotland area. We'd also prefer monthly payment in arrears, rather than the 3 months up-front arrangement we currently suffer by.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks,
John
