kan2 with Nait5i ...?

hy guys sold my thiel 1.5 with jeff rowland gear
and kuzma with benz.
bought than rega p3 and kans2 with stands2
bought goldring elite 1 and borrowed nait 3.
still use flatline interconnects.
perfect lucky now.
My first two Questions in this forum:
shall i Buy now nait 5i? I know that this is not upgradeable.but ithink later on i go for the big stuff and my dealer will take this back.And on the paper it has alot more Power than my old borrowed nait3.
Second Question:my Kans sound Quite ok.Worth togo for a ninka tweeter?

Try to make a demo and decide.
The bad thing about 5i it´s not up gradable

Hy nuno!of course you are right but what i forgot two write i am the owner of a very good
phono mc amplifier so my only upgrade would be
a flat or hicap for nait5,next step would be
preamp-power amp and then i have to trade in my
integrated... and you are right best idea is to go for a demo.
BTW Is there anybody out there who heard personally
the difference between 5 and 5i and can tell about?

I just put my HiFi back together again after several years (ProAcs are remaining) and chose a CD5 and a Nait5. I grabbed the last Nait5 from the US distributor instead of getting a 5i. My logic was as follows: I will be using a turntable and the Nait5 allows me to use a Stageline. In order to use a Stageline with the 5i I would have to purchase a Flatcap immediately (+ $950). With the Nait5 I do not need the Flatcap immediately, and later on down the road I can use a Flatcap to power both the CD5 and the Nait (whose performance with a Flatcap should theoretically be better than the Nait 5i)

Hy glevethan!
as a not long ago "roundearth" thinking person
i used to think automatically first in the direction of Quantity of power not in the direction of upgrading the Quality of watts,
so nait5 with flat cap will sound better with my kans2 than
preamp-amp combination with more watts?.....
i understand the nessecarity of a demo gets bigger and bigger for me.
