Opera advice needed please...

...I am trying to track down a copy of the OST to a film version of Otello from the 80's featuring Placido Domingo & Katia Ricciarelli and I think directed by Franco Zeffirelli.

If anyone can point me in the right direction much appreciated!

Thank you Gianluigi, it may well be the one. It doesn't have the same cover as the one I owned and loved in the 80's but that may not matter if it is the recording I adore.

I shall order it and see!

Kind regards,

How is it with your "goin' around table"?

Gianluigi's suggestion is the fine complete opera recording from which the film soundtrack was edited. The film has about 30 minutes of music cut, notoriously Desdemona's 'Willow Song', and some insertions including a different ending. I can't find the OST on CD, perhaps considered redundant in the age of DVD.
