Wobbly (New) Supercap

I have a new supercap and it won't sit level. (Also have 3 other new Naim boxes which all sit square on their 4 feet.) Components are on Mana (so the glass shelves are flat) so I presume the fault to lie in the feet. Nothing appears loose. I haven't started fiddling yet - it takes too long to get all the kit racked up. I guess the Supercap is rattling away on its shelf degrading my systems otherwise superb sound. Any ideas Naim?

It is the new suspension system, I advise replacing with some rubber feet from the olive cases

actually, what about putting it on some nice sorbothane blocks?

Dobbin,

check that all the feet are tightened up correctly - i.e make sure one of them hasn't loosened. Obviously make sure the surface the Supercap is sitting on is flat and level. If you still have a problem, drop me a line by e-mail with your address and I'll send you some shims to make the adjustment.
