Time for an upgrade - cd 3.5 amp 92r/90,speakers credo, nat 03 tuner
Posted by: belsizepark on 04 May 2002
I purchased the above mentioned goods brand new back in 1998, and have subsequently ignored all new developments in Naim kit. The dealer who I purchased it all from (Studio 99) has sadly closed and before I go to a new dealer (or second hand???) I should be grateful if the great and the good here can give me a bit of advice.
I thank you all in advance for your comments

You could always add a Flatcap 2 or a Hi-cap to your CD3.5, and/or a Hi-cap to your Nac92R for starters.

Steve.

The Studio are to open again shortly - Peter Coles is yer man.
Depending on your budget, possibly a flatcap 2, or even better, a CDX on the front of the system... then there's pre's... best get thee to a good dealer.

I made my first ever 2nd hand purchase about a month ago now and added a 6 year old hi-cap (grey snaic) to the cd3.5
so now have cd3.5/hi-cap 92r/90.3 nat03 credos on a sound organisation rack....
Now thinking about next upgrade or 2 with a bit of cash that is available.. any comments welcome

So, what did you reckon to the HiCap upgrade then?

I would suggest changing the grey snaic for a black snaic, give it a listen well worth the effort me thinks.
