TV Stands

Posted by: Simon Perry on 31 October 2003

Firstly, apologies to all if this isn't the right part of the forum for this question - if we had a dedicated AV corner it wouldn't be a problem (nudge, nudge).

I am interested in forum member's views on good TV stands for a home theatre set-up. It seems to me that a pretty decent stand is required to support a centre speaker and possibly other bits and pieces, not to mention the TV.
Any views appreciated.
Regards
Simon

I've got the wide Soundstyle stand to match my XS105 that the remainder of the system sits on. Sounds and looks good to me.

I await the cries of horror from forum members for the steel and glass monstrosity that I inflict upon my Nait5/CD5/FC2 as a support.

I have a lovely Quadraspire AV stand, which marches the amp stands, and has high WAF.

It is modular, so you can add shelves / columns of different heights to suit your special purposes.
