I bought a 10yr old 72 for 275 pounds and 140s regularily go in the 400-500 pound price range (though occasionally lower). So, I might haggle a bit on price, depending on the age of the kit. If it is new style and <5 years old, the price seems OK. Close to 10 years old and it is getting a bit expensive - you will want to pay for a servie at around the 10 year mark.
In terms of review, the 72/140 has been very satisfying to me - particularily once I stripped out some of the uneccessary phono boards and added a Hi-Cap. If you provide some more detail of what you are looking to do, would be happy to comment further.
