A word of thanks

I just wanted to express my thanks to Bob & Derek at Neat Acoustics for popping in last night to fix an errant base-plate on one of my Gravitas speakers - it sure was good to see you guys and I hope you found your way out of Edinburgh easily enough (what with our constantly mutating one-way systems). As ever, it's great to be on the receiving end of great service - a surprisingly rare thing these days!
Looking forward to hearing the Ultimatuum speakers - that shound be an experience!

In the end we simply all had coffees and discussed the next-door neighbour's cat. Although not with a view to eating said animal.
