HI CAPS

I have two Hi Caps (with my 82) one about five years old the other about 11 years old - why is it that the newer one has a brighter fascia?
I mentioned this to the dealer who, at the time said it was a newer fascia.
Why also do the two have different fuse ratings - 4 amps and 5 amps?
