Nait5/Nap 250 (Olive)

As an interim stage in upgrading my system I added an olive Nap 250 using nait5 as premap with CD5/flatcap2 driving Spendor 5/3se speakers while waiting for a reasobaly priced nac82 to become available.

I was quite surprised at the results. In my view nap260/nait5 combination sounds better than Nap200/nac112 - which i had audtioned at home recently.

I was wondering if others have tried Nap250/Nait5 combination and what was their listeining expereince?

I am also hoping for some commnet on whether this implies that the preamp section of nait5 is nearly as good as Nac112?
