As you already are aware the UK tracks and records all internet traffic for up to 2 years for Paranoia (sorry British security) and justification of silly technology that doesn't really work properly for costs upon the taxpayers bill reasons. Well you know I mentioned the German Chap the other day who quite easily & perfectly cloned his new thingy Passport with €200 worth of kit bought on Ebay? well somebody's saying now that whenever you're online your face (and surroundings behind) can be monitored through a basic virtual camera via your screen, strange that innit, and you don't even know it's happenning!!!
