Ski Sunday Theme

Does anyone out there know the composer and proper title of the Ski Sunday Theme?
I've only recently started listening to classical stuff. I find there's loads of it I like but I dont know who its by!

Did a scan of the music sites all to no avail. Then find it by typing in "Sports themes".
