New stands at last

After years of stacking all the kit on a sound organisation tripod, the poor aesthetics and lack of space have finally led to purchasing QS stands:a reference tier for the CDX,pre-amp and tuner and standard tier for the various power supplies.
This was set up last night and I have to say that the improvement in sound has been very impressive,even soon after switching all the gear on again.Good value for money as the sound improvement equates to a significant upgrade in my opinion[and I am now less of a sceptic when it comes to set-up!]I'm sure that some of the improvement has resulted from better spacing of power supplies from the 82 and CDX and better cable dressing.
So,thanks to the forum for finally getting me to make this step.[My better half is very pleased too and thought it was good value!]
